The innovative protection sleeve removes virtually all risks associated with latex tube failure, as well as keeping the latex tubing in top condition for longer. These resistance trainers are supplied with a 12-page guide so you can easily see how to perform 19 different key resistance exercises to give you a comprehensive workout. Available in four different strength levels so you can choose the resistance that's right for you.
