Made from 100% Cotton, these coarse-textured weave rugs are ideal for Ashtanga or Power Yoga as they allow you to maintain a good grip even while sweating. The fibres of the rug work to create an even better grip as it becomes wet, performing the opposite way to a typical yoga mat. The rug has been embroidered with each of the seven Chakras so you can focus your energy and alignment. This rug can be used in conjunction with a regular yoga mat to keep it in place. Available in purple and green.
