How can I write a review when I haven't received it?

Swimming cap

It seems a good strong cap but I haven't used it yet - the sea and weather are too cold now!

Not what I expected of a swimCap

I guess I should have read reviews properly. I was expecting to keep my hair dryer and less chlorine on it which wasn’t the case. As I don’t do outdoor swimming it was a waste of money for me , only positive it’s comfortable and easy to put on
