I can’t wear this cap as I just find it too tight and uncomfortable. I don’t have a big head either! I’m sure it would be fine for someone who doesn’t feel anxious when wearing something tight and uncomfortable around the forehead and over the ears.

I was pleased with these goggles - light, comfy on my face & so far they have not fogged up, but we’ll see how they go…..
My new hot water bottle- delighted with it. Even though I did buy it during May’s record breaking heat wave, I will be beautifully prepared for when temperatures plummet to the usual cold-damp and I start to ache! If you squint, you could think it’s Missoni!
