Use the Nike Kickboard for your swim training sessions to work on your kick technique and improve your lower body strength. Rest your arms on the board and press your armpits down to bring your hips up in the water. I purchased these awards for my granddaughter and they are excellent. She can focus on each step towards the award as well as working on distance swimming. I will be purchasing more as she improves. Does exactly what it says. It is sturdy but lightweight, flows nicely in the water, and is a useful kickboard. Not a flotation device, obviously.
