Regular price £4.99Hydrokidz Duckling Awards are a fantastic way to help toddlers enjoy their experience in learning to swim and keep track of, and take pride in, their progress. With HydroKidz's Duckling awards your child can work their way through HydroKidz's stages, earning 4 bright and colourful awards along the way. Duckling level 1 is awarded when children start to move by themselves in the water. As they progress through the stages to Duckling 4 they will be jumping in, going underwater, floating and swimming without support for at least 5 metres. Each award has its own certificate and badge.
By the end of HydroKidz Duckling 4:
- Jump unaided, but supervised, into the water
- Perform a mushroom or star float
- Rotate 360 degrees either using a log roll or an upright position
- Push and glide achieving a streamlined position on the front or back
- Submerge completely
- Travel 10 metres on the front or back, without adult support
- Jump into the water, turn around, swim back to the point of entry and hold on to the side or rail
- Climb out of the water with adult support if required

Thank you for a fast and efficient service. Our local pool are hopeless, they run a comprehensive program of swimming lessons for children but NEVER have the awards to accompany the children's efforts. Even when I ask them to order them, they don't and trying to explain to a 5 year old that he can't have his award is tricky.
