Robert Bocking (Alloa) Well I have been improving my swimming at 54, in the pool I use the noodle, I swim a lot off open water with a float and life jacket on which is slow, the noodle just gives me enough confidence in the water but I am always close to the edge. One day I will loose the noodle and hopefully be a confident swimmer.
