Great noodle for my use I do aqua fit and was glad to find a noodle that was slightly more resistant. Not as long as your normal ones but more resistance gained with it yes I like it
If you are used to using the soft rounded noodles most pools supply and sell, you will find this a little different. It's quite short for a start, and much stiffer thanks to the core. This makes it better for some common aqua aerobic exercises and less useful for others. Because it doesn't bend there's more resistance when pushing with one hand, or pushing it down to touch your ankle, bending it etc. When pumping back and forth with it you get more resistance whichever way the flat side is facing and less moving in the opposite direction. It's great for putting under your feet or ankles as you get resistance for the full width rather than it curling up into a U shape. What it works less well for is some arm burner exercises and it provides less buoyancy than the bigger noodles for floating exercises. I have plenty of natural buoyancy, that's why I'm always exercising, but if you're smaller you may find it's not enough to keep you happily afloat.
