The TYR Catalyst Stroke Training Paddles are designed to provide athletes with an adjustable and customizable training experience. With the included silicone tubes each paddle can be strung from right to left or from top to bottom. Once inserted in the holes they lock into place. To remove the tubes push on them from below while concurrently pulling at them from above. Please note that the elongated holes are for water flow only.
The paddles are good, strong enough, but the TYR rubbers you use to hold the hands and wrist in place are not big enough. Resulting in quite a tight fit on the wrist. They need to be about an inch longer to be perfect.

This is a great product; easy to use and very effective in protecting from ear irritations when swimming.
These are really good goggles for those who train regularly three or four times a week. They remain clear for about 6 months before you need to change them as the lens becomes misty.
The strap is easy to adjust and you have a choice of nose bridges.
I have had this make and pattern style before - I particularly like the quality of the material and design, and will buy more similar ones in the future.
