The Elite Finger Paddle from Arena is a training aid that you wear on your fingers to help improve your hand action during your swim stroke. The paddle helps improve your 'catch' that follows from the extension through the four strokes - Freestyle, Butterfly, Breaststroke and Backstroke. It also improves upper body strength by creating water resistance causing you to work harder.

from swimming shop I ordered a tyr net bag and finger paddles. My finger paddles came the next day and my bag came three days after that. The delivery was brilliant there. Was no problems with my deliveries and they all still work.

They look great but are a Christmas gift so won’t know until the new year if they are good enough for two competitive little swimmers
