Regular price £33.00I have used Aqua Sphere goggles for many years and have been delighted with their comfort and ability to not let water in. However the pair I have just bought from the Swimming Shop leaks. When asking customer service about them I was told:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return if the goggles don't have any faults and have been used in the water.
Goggles usually only leak if they do not fit the face well enough. Even though the goggles are the same style, the fit can sometimes change over the years.
We recommend checking if the goggles fit before using them in the water.
How am I supposed to test for leaks until I actually try and swim with them???
I've been using Aquasphere goggles for years. Much more comfortable than 'conventional' goggles. Good quality, good vision, easy to adjust.
The goggles are comfortable to wear. Slightly bigger than I have had in the past. I am satisfied with them.

I've tried all makes of very expensive goggles but these are the only goggles that have consistently kept the water out. I've gone back to them again and again.

All the used sounds stopped working within a minute of being in the pool, and one even had its head fall off. I've been trying to get a refund for several days, but the response has been extremely slow. When they finally replied, they kept insisting that other customers were happy and claimed they weren’t responsible for how the items were used—even though we didn’t even get a chance to use them properly! They are only offering a credit, which I don’t want, as I won’t be using this company again. Avoid!
