The time for open water swimming in the sea and lake. Great bit of kit, and very handy that they fasten to your goggles so never lose them. I like them so much when I left them behind at the swimming club attached to my goggles I was worried I had lost them, so I ordered a back up pair, because didn’t want to be without them. They fit well and have never had an ear infection or that cold water in the ear feeling
