Q.  How much does it cost for delivery?

Q.  How do I return or exchange an item?

A.  We've made it simple and easy for you to return or exchange an item. Simply follow the instructions on your delivery note that you will receive with your order, or for more details refer to the Returns Information section on our Customer Services page for all the details.

 

Q.  How do I know what size to buy?

A.  Each brand we sell comes with its own detailed sizing guide to advise you on which size to buy. However, we understand you can’t get it right every time so go to our Returns section on our customer services page to see how easy it is to exchange for a different size.

 

Q.  What methods of payment can I use?

A.  We accept all major Credit/Debit cards except American Express. When you go to make payment you will be taken into a secure webpage keeping all your information safe and secure.

 

Q.  Do you have a shop I can visit?

A.  No, not at this present time. However, be sure to sign up to our newsletter to stay informed as we do attend several swim meets a year.

 

Q.  Can I cancel my order?

A.  Yes. You can cancel an order as long as the item hasn't been dispatched. To do so you must send an email to requesting cancelation of your order. Please provide your full name, order number and a reason for cancelling the order.
