Fantastic Value racing goggles are virtually unchanged (but slightly updated) from M. Malmsten Swedish goggles which, being -build-your-own, mean that you get a perfect snug fit. They have a low profile lens that fits directly into the eye socket for minimal drag. Smoke coloured lenses act like sunglasses and are perfect for high light level conditions like swimming outside or on holiday.

I have been using regular 'swedes' for pool swimming for a while and wanted to try these for open water swimming on a sunny day. They worked amazing, combining the benefits of swedes (wide vision, comfort, no goggle marks and no leak on a 6km swim) with the benefits of good mirrored goggles (blocks the sun but still provides clear vision when it goes overcast). As all swedes these need assembling but there are plenty of tutorials on how to do that. I use the straps to link the two lenses but I'm sure the string works just as well. I contacted Malmsten about something once and their response was excellent as well. It's good to know you have great customer service should you ever need it.
